1. How could I improve my fax quality?

If possible, please change the fonts of fax documents to be dark and the background to be white when creating fax. While scanning a fax, you need to properly focus on the camenra so that text will be crisp. Moreover, taking a photo in a bright room without the impact of other lights will help your fax more clarity. These tricks only work with fax text documents, not photos and pictures.

2. How much time does it take to send fax?

Normally, it depends on the number of pages to be sents. It usually takes 1-2 minutes per page, not more than 15 minutes of total

3. What should I do with failed faxes?

Sometimes, the faxes are failed due to some unexpected reasons (i.e., your subscription is expired). You only need to go to history page, click edit and then resend.

4. Do I need to pay extra fees for sending fax to another country?

No, you don’t.  We support up to 90+ countries and you do not need to pay any additional fees when sending faxes to another country.
